What to Expect
Sunday Services at The Well begin at 10:00 AM. We begin the service by preparing our hearts to receive the Word by Worshipping the Lord through song, we continue in worship by receiving the Word of the Lord through preaching. We close our service of Worship by responding to the preached Word by once again Worshipping the Lord through song. Preaching lasts about an hour and the overall service about an hour and forty-five minutes.
Park Services: Park services occur the 3rd Sunday of every month during the summer at 10AM. This service is followed by a barbeque that is open to the public. If you are a regular attendee of The Well and plan on attending a park service, it would be appreciated if you could bring a side dish. See below for a map of the location for the park service.
We love kids at The Well, and we welcome children of all ages to sit with their family during the service. However, we do realize there are some ages where sitting for that length of time is still a learning process. For that reason there is a training room available for people with small children where the parents can take their children but still listen to the sermon, without having to worry about distracting others. There is also a children's church available during the preaching time for children around ages 3 to 8.
Directions to our Sunday Service
We are meeting in the main ball room of the Owyhee Plaza Hotel (1109 Main St). On the corner of main and 11th. The ballroom is on the second floor. If you enter the main lobby and turn to the right there is a set of stairs. Turn right at the top of the stairs and you'll be in the foyer area of the ballroom. Continue down the hall and enter in one of the sets of double doors on the right.
For Directions to the Park Service
During the summer months of May through September, we meet in Ann Morrison Park near downtown Boise. We do this as an outreach to the people in the park, both for hearing the Word of God preached and to feed them with lunch after the service.
The map below shows a map of the park. On the map there is a small foot bridge crossing the river near the middle of the park. We meet very close to that foot bridge, so when coming into the park head that direction and you should be able to find us.
